Escape to the stunning West Coast and experience the ultimate self-catering getaway at Saldanha Bay View. Our collection of 7 beautifully appointed units offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views.

Panoramic Perfection

Four of our units (1, 2, 3, and Gardenflat) boast spectacular views of Saldanha Bay, the town, and surrounding fynbos from their elevated position on the hill. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and spot local wildlife, including dassies, mongoose, guinea fowl, and small buck, from the lovely grass area with a viewing bench.

Beachside Bliss

Our Parker Crescent property (Units 4, 5, and 6) is just a stone’s throw from a stunning beach in Saldanha, offering the perfect spot to soak up the sun and sea.

Terms and Conditions of Accommodation:

Pre-Booking Requirements
Please obtain prior approval from the owner before bringing pets. Pet owners take full financial responsibility for any losses incurred at Saldanha Bay View’s premises resulting from having their pets on the property.

Important Property Information & Accessibility Notice
Some of our accommodations are built on a steep hill and require the use of a number of steps and or uneven paths….
But many of our guests agree that the resulting views are spectacular and well worth it !

Those with mobility difficulties should discuss this with the booking agent at Saldanha Bay View before booking a particular accommodation, so that a suitable accommodation can be booked.

Guest Code of Conduct
To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please note the following:
No parties or gatherings
No loud music
No smoking inside units
No disruptive or disturbing behavior
No day visitors allowed
No excessive drinking
Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction without refund for remaining nights.

Day visitors
Day visitor access is at the discretion of the management of Saldanha Bay View. Pre approved day visitors will need to pay a R400 daily fee. Visitors who arrive without the permission of the management of Saldanha Bay View will be required leave immediately and a fine of R500 will need to be paid by the booking party/responsible person.

Responsibility and Liability
The booking party is responsible for any damages caused by their group, including property damage or disturbance to other guests.

Lost Property
Saldanha Bay View takes no responsibility for any items left behind after booking out. Items left behind will be discarded after 14 days.

Assumption of Risk
Use of our premises and accommodations is entirely at your own risk. It is the booking party’s responsibility to inform all guests of these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless we can rebook the cancelled dates, in which case a 20% handling fee applies. No refunds for cancellations within 2 days prior to or on arrival date. 

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due before or on arrival.

Arrival and Departure
Check in time is 14h00 (2 pm), and check out time is 10h00 (10 am). Early or late check in or check out by prior arrangement only.

Payment Terms
All balances are due before or on arrival. Card, EFT with proof of payment sent directly from bank to Saldanha Bay View or cash is accepted.

Cleanliness and Maintenance
Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy unit. Excessive cleaning or maintenance required due to guest negligence will incur additional charges.

Keys and Access
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of keys. Lost or damaged items will incur a replacement fee.

Complaints and Issues
Please report any issues or concerns to the owner/manager promptly to ensure a prompt resolution.
